Since the launch of the new DC cinematic universe under James Gunn, the co-CEO of DC Studios has been under intense scrutiny from fans as he retools Warner Bros.' slate of superhero movies and TV shows. While Superman and Lanterns have been hits, this summer's Supergirl was an unqualified disaster for the fledgling DCU, leading to unsubstantiated speculation about another overhaul and votes of no confidence in Gunn.
