Gentle Monster teases Samsung Android XR glasses with some help from Joaquin Phoenix

Pre-orders for Samsung’s Android XR glasses with frames from Warby Parker and Gentle Monster open next week, on November 12.

Gentle Monster is sharing a teaser for a short film starring Joaquin Phoenix, designed to promote the launch.

The full version will debut sometime around the middle of the month.

Android XR smart glasses from Samsung are nearly here, with its Google-collab “Intelligent Eyewear” series featuring Warby Parker and Gentle Monster frames opening pre-orders next week — and ahead of that happening, we’re getting an early peek at how one of those companies is planning to hype up the launch.
