Despite positive reviews, Amazon MGM canceled the Nic Cage-led Spider-Noir Prime Video series earlier this month. However, at the time, Deadline reported that Amazon and Sony — which holds the screen rights to Spider-Man characters — were still ideating and developing additional Spider-projects.
