Hideo Kojima Acknowledges Fan-Made P.T. Port That Runs Natively on PC

Hideo Kojima has acknowledged a fan-made port of P.T. that allows the game to run natively on Windows, making it playable for a wide majority of users after it was relegated to PS4 hell.

P.T. released in August 2014. Standing for ‘Playable Teaser,’ it was exactly that — a short demo of what was supposed to be the next Silent Hill game helmed by Hideo Kojima and starring Norman Reedus.

Unfortunately, due to Kojima’s falling out with Konami, the title was scrapped and the demo wiped from the PlayStation store in 2015. And that’s a shame, because it’s one of the most terrifying games ever made.

Luckily, a dedicated fan has worked tirelessly to make P.T. playable for those who either deleted it from their PS4s or who never got a chance to play it before it got nuked. …
