DC Studios' Fate Under Paramount-Warner Bros. Officially Revealed

It seems there’s nothing left to stop the long-awaited Paramount and Warner Bros. merger from going through, and the first details on how this $110 billion deal will play out have come to light. On Oct. 2, Paramount CEO David Ellison announced that after the merger, the new company will be called Skydance. "We wanted a name that would give the combined company an identity of its own while allowing Paramount and Warner Bros. — and all our extraordinary brands — to remain in the spotlight,” Ellison wrote on X.
