Dexter: Resurrection Season 2's First Trailer Shows Off New Foes, Old Friends, and Dex's Midlife Crisis

Dexter: Resurrection Season 2 has its first proper trailer, and it appears Dex is going through a midlife crisis while battling new (and old) threats.

The Bay Harbor Butcher will return to television screens this Halloween, and the latest trailer showcases all of the new issues he will face this season. Dexter is going through a midlife crisis as he gets older, now needing glasses as his eyesight appears to worsen. On top of that, New York has become fascinated by two other infamous serial killers: a younger one known as the Five Borough Killer (Dan Stevens) and an older one known as the New York Ripper (Brian Cox).

The newfound attention on both of these killers seems to be creating some kind of insecurity for Dexter, whose work largely goes unrecognized since he makes sure all evidence of his kills disappears. …
