Gemini is getting a new place to manage apps and skills

The menu provides access to 40+ different capabilities that users can add to the AI assistant.

The change is rolling out now to Gemini on all platforms.

Google’s making it easier to add apps and skills to Gemini. Starting today, a new Customize menu is rolling out to the Gemini interface on all platforms, putting a selection of compatible apps right at your fingertips.

Google announced the new menu today in a blog post. A new option labeled Customize is showing up in the left-hand menu of the Gemini interface, opening a menu that provides easy access to dozens of different apps and skills that can interface with Google’s AI assistant.
