Call Of Duty: MW4 Early Access Also Includes DMZ, Here’s How To Get In

Call of Duty: Modern Warfare 4's campaign is playable a week early for people who preorder, and now we know the DMZ mode will be as well.

Activision has announced that MW4's extraction-based DMZ mode will be playable starting Tuesday, October 20, which is three days before the game launches. Campaign early access, meanwhile, starts on October 16.

To access DMZ mode before everyone else, you need to preorder any edition of MW4, including the standard or Vault versions. The perk applies to all platforms: PS5, Xbox Series X|S, Switch 2, and PC.

Described as the "definitive extraction shooter experience," DMZ in MW4 is an open-world game mode featuring other human players and AI combatants. Players will search the map for loot, craft gear, and complete objectives. Like in other extraction-based games, you need to reach the exfil point to make it out with all your rewards.
